Edit: Explaining which way to view it.
Start at chibi Chaos--->dancing Chaos----> the bell
almost touching the tail----> touching tail
Chaos looks over sholder downwards---> little girl smiling
About to shake hands (Chaos looking at butterfly-thing(?))

The place they're at is the dimesional line...I don't feel like explaing --" I think that is water they're walking on, but hell Idk

The outfit that Chaos is wearing is something that I came up to match up Innocent Chaos' dress.

Btw, Chaos doesn't know that the girl is called "Innocent Chaos" she'll find that out later....
